Ebenum Leadership Academy’s (ELA) approach to coaching empowers leaders to grow their skills using the best of design thinking, user experience methodology and leadership development. We teach our coaches to co-create solutions with others. We believe that coaches should partner with their network to leverage ideas and execute on the vision.

In this program, you will learn the International Coach Federation’s core coaching competencies and Ebenum Leadership Academy’s Constellation Model for Leadership. Throughout the training, you will learn that insightful curiosity, empathic listening, and intentional design can transform leaders and their relationships.
